As we are in the manufacturing of Drop Wires since last 35 years, we have large varieties of design suitable for almost all types of warp stop motion, suitable for all types of fabric varieties from zero twist yarn (for silk or bolting cloth) to coarse count yarn (for Industrial cloth or thick Denim).

In Length :- We have range from 67MM long to 230MM Long.
   
In Width :- We have range from 7MM To 19MM.
   
In Thickness :- We have range from 0.20MM To 1.50MM Thickness spring steel strip.
   
In Weight :- We have range from 0.7 Gram per piece to 20 Gram per piece in selection of 1/10 th Fraction of Gram to suit every particular yarn's quality and strength requirement.
   
In Thread Passing area :- We have range of Eye shape to suitable every setting and good setting of all grade Fabrics. Shapes available are 'O', 'D', 'U' and Oval.
   
In Plating :- Range of almost all plating like Zinc Blue Chromate, Zinc Golden Chromate, Nickle Bright, Nickle Satin, Duplex Nickle, Cadmioum tough smooth and Copper Plating. We maintain all plating with scientific care and real true Chemistry to enhance long rust protection life. Non-ferrous metal used are pure verjin having 99.9995% purity and from world leader brand like A-Z Australia, Inco Canada and Birla-Copper.
   
Marking :- To differentiate thickness department, fabric quality, date of purchase, thickness we have number of option to get maximum life and no mixing in weaving or drawing department

Guidelines for weights and densities have been developed through our extensive application experience. However, they can be influenced by warp yarn types, required densities, or pattern parameters.
   
Manufacturers of high-speed weaving machines recommend drop wire which may weigh up to 30% more.
   
Drop wire weight depends on the warp yarn used. For spun yarns and high-speed weaving machines, we recommend heavier drop wires to ensure immediate detection.
